Individual Hypnotherapy Session

£150 per session

Individual sessions are ideal if you want to work on a specific issue, experience hypnotherapy for the first time, or continue therapeutic work as and when needed.

Each session is tailored to you and may include hypnosis, subconscious change work, emotional release, belief change, practical mindset work and future-focused transformation.

Sessions can be used for areas such as anxiety, stress, confidence, habits, sleep, fears, emotional blocks, overthinking, self-sabotage and personal change.

Block of 4 Sessions

£450

A block of 4 sessions is often the best starting point for focused change work.

Many issues are not isolated. Anxiety may connect with confidence. Emotional eating may connect with stress. Procrastination may connect with fear of failure. Sleep issues may connect with an overloaded nervous system.

Working over 4 sessions gives us more space to explore the pattern properly, work with the deeper mind and create change that is more integrated and sustainable.

This option also offers a saving compared with booking individual sessions separately.

Focused Change Programme

4 sessions: £450

This is a structured block of hypnotherapy focused on one main area of change.

It may be suitable for:

Anxiety and overthinking
Stress and overwhelm
Confidence and self-belief
Emotional eating and sugar cravings
Habits and unwanted behaviours
Fears and phobias
Sleep and relaxation

Stop Smoking or Vaping Programme

Stopping smoking or vaping is often about far more than willpower.

For many people, the habit has become linked with stress relief, routine, identity, reward, boredom, emotional regulation or a sense of control.

This programme is designed to help you change your relationship with smoking or vaping at a subconscious level, so that letting go feels more natural, more convincing and more aligned with who you want to become.

This is usually delivered as a focused extended session.

Weight, Sugar and Emotional Eating Support

4 sessions: £450

This work is not about shame, restriction or forcing yourself into another unsustainable diet mentality.

It is about changing your relationship with food, cravings, comfort eating, sugar, self-sabotage and the emotional patterns that can keep you stuck.

We may work on cravings, identity, motivation, emotional regulation, self-worth, discipline, body confidence and the deeper subconscious associations that influence your choices.

The aim is to help you feel more in control, more connected to yourself and more able to make choices that support the life and body you want.

Anxiety, Stress and Nervous System Reset

4 sessions: £450

This programme is for people who feel overloaded, anxious, tense, constantly switched on or stuck in their own head.

You may appear capable on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, panicked, exhausted or unable to fully relax.

Across the sessions, we work on calming the nervous system, reducing internal threat responses, changing subconscious anxiety patterns and helping you feel more steady, clear and in control.

Deeper Change Programme

8 sessions: £995

Some patterns need deeper work.

This programme is suitable if you feel that the issue is not just one habit or one symptom, but part of a wider pattern in how you see yourself, respond to life or hold yourself back.

This may involve emotional release, identity-level change, limiting belief work, confidence, self-sabotage, old protective patterns and creating a stronger internal foundation for the next stage of your life.

This is a more comprehensive programme for clients who are ready to make deeper personal change.

The Zaevryn Method

For clients seeking deeper identity-level transformation, I may also offer work through The Zaevryn Method.

The Zaevryn Method is a structured subconscious transformation process designed to help you release old emotional imprints, recode limiting internal patterns and rise into a stronger, freer version of yourself.

This work is more intensive and is not suitable for everyone. If it feels like the right fit, we can discuss this during your initial consultation.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

This depends on what you want to change, how long the pattern has been present, and how deeply it is connected to other areas of your life.

Some people experience a significant shift from one session. Others benefit from a structured block of 4 sessions or a deeper programme.

I will always aim to be clear and honest about what I believe is appropriate. I do not believe in keeping people in therapy longer than necessary.

A Note on Results

Hypnotherapy can be powerful, but no ethical therapist can guarantee a specific result for every person.

Your response will depend on several factors, including your readiness for change, the nature of the issue, your engagement with the process and what is happening in your wider life.

My role is to guide the process professionally, safely and effectively. Your role is to engage with the work honestly and be willing to move beyond the old pattern.
